Open CoinJar, go to Settings → Family → [Your Family Name] → Reset Data. This will clear all chores and coin balances. This action cannot be undone, so please back up important data first.
Yes! Children can use CoinJar as a member of their parent's family. Only the parent (family admin) needs an account. Kids access the app through the family, with no email or personal account required.
You can request full account and data deletion by emailing us at sakinahlabs.io@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete My Account". We will process your request within 30 days and confirm via email once complete.
Please try the following steps:
- Force-close the app and reopen it.
- Check for an available update on the Google Play Store.
- Restart your device.
- If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall the app (your cloud data is safe).
